1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process & Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup through our logistics partner or request you to ship the item back to our designated address.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Returns are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account), depending on your payment method at checkout.

If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details for processing the refund.

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once the product is verified and approved, a replacement order will be dispatched and delivered within 3–5 business days.

If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
